It depends on factors such as size, how complicated the design is, whether or not access equipment, such as a scissor lift, is needed and, if anti-graffiti coating is required. For a very approximate costing you can budget for design concept and presentation between $700 - $3000, plus install from $130 per sqm + expenses. Private commissions can turn around in a couple of weeks from the start of the design process whereas, designs for organisations, should allow a couple of months to make sure there is enough time for all relevant approvals.

Again, this depends on complexity of design, weather and the surface of the wall (windows, pipes and protrusions = more time). Small walls such as internal walls can be painted in as little as a few days. Large exterior walls may take up to a month.

Almost. Any texture such as deep mortar lines, corrugation and weatherboard take longer and may affect the design.

I work in a style that is distinctively mine and this means my murals are original and unique. If you don’t see the style you are after on my website, I’m probably not the best artist for the job. I do have talented friends in lots of places though, and am always happy to recommend someone who might be a good fit.

I generally paint from September through to April and am usually booked about 8 months in advance. I do have a wait list though and often projects will fall through or need to be postponed/ reorganised. I am always happy to get in touch with the next in line!
